Here at Jamazing lashes are very proud of our products and we want our customers to be 100% happy too, however due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/ exchanges on items simply unwanted/ change of mind. If your order has been received damaged or you have been sent a product in error please contact us at jamazinglashes@gmail.com to arrange return.

If parcel is damaged upon delivery please take a picture so we can follow this up with our shipping partners.
